The Challenge

The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead (RBWM) faced the complex task of procuring a new Highways TMC and Professional Contract to enhance service delivery and infrastructure management. The procurement involved developing a robust suite of contracts and specification documentation for four separate lots.

A significant challenge arose mid-process when part of the procurement for one of the Lots had to be restarted. Founds Group provided critical advisory and support services to guide RBWM through this challenging period while maintaining project momentum.
