Josh holds a BA in History from the University of Liverpool, where he developed a strong analytical foundation and a keen interest in societal change and local government. His early career spanned teaching and sports hospitality, where he honed his communication and organisational skills in fast-paced, people-focused environments.

Driven by a passion for continuous improvement, Josh self-studied project management methodologies in his spare time, building a solid grounding in PMO practices and gaining relevant project management qualifications. Since joining Founds Group, he has applied this working knowledge with precision, supporting and coordinating client projects.

Josh’s work supports a range of initiatives across infrastructure, transport and digital transformation, ensuring projects are well-integrated, compliant and strategically aligned. 

Outside of work, Josh plays fly-half for his local rugby team and is a dedicated Everton season ticket holder, bringing the same commitment and team spirit to his professional life as he does on the pitch.
